Scheduling across modules – candidate, client or job order – allows phone calls, interviews and other meetings to be linked to all records associated with an event. You can even invite external contacts and/or recruiters within your agency to a scheduled event! Create and customize schedule items that best fit your business process.

There are a variety of intuitive options for searching your Mindscope database. From a simple, quick Boolean search to a multi-layered advanced search, all searches can be saved for easy access whenever you need them!

Users can also create hotlists with preferred candidates, clients or client contacts. Hotlists can be kept private or shared across the staffing and recruitment agency. This feature is often used for creating prospecting lists as well.
